Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By adding PRBot to a Discord server or using it via commands or the web dashboard at prbot.fit, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use PRBot.

These terms apply to all users, including Discord server members and server administrators.

2. What PRBot does

PRBot is a Discord bot that lets users log workouts, track personal records, view progress, and participate in server fitness communities. It also provides a web dashboard for deeper analytics.

PRBot is currently in active beta. Features may change, be added, or be removed at any time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use PRBot, in accordance with Discord's own Terms of Service. By using PRBot, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use PRBot to:

Log false, misleading, or spam data with intent to manipulate leaderboards.
Attempt to access another user's data without their consent.
Exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or undocumented behaviour in the bot or API.
Reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate interactions with the PRBot API beyond its intended use.
Use PRBot in violation of Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.

Violations may result in your account being banned from PRBot without notice.

5. Server administrator responsibilities

If you add PRBot to a Discord server you manage, you are responsible for:

Ensuring your server members are aware PRBot is present and what data it logs.
Complying with applicable laws regarding data collection for users in your server.
Configuring PRBot's permissions appropriately for your community.

6. Your content

Workout data you log through PRBot remains yours. By logging data, you grant PRBot a limited licence to store and display it for the purposes of providing the service — including leaderboards, dashboard analytics, and suggestions.

We do not claim ownership of your workout data.

7. Service availability

PRBot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may be offline for maintenance, updates, or due to issues outside our control.

As PRBot is in beta, you may encounter bugs, incomplete features, or data inaccuracies. We appreciate your patience and feedback.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PRBot and its developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, errors in training analytics, or service downtime.

PRBot provides fitness tracking and analytical tools for informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical or fitness advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making significant changes to your training programme.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to PRBot for any user or server that violates these terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

You may stop using PRBot at any time by removing the bot from your server or requesting deletion of your data.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated via the PRBot Discord support server. Continued use of PRBot after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be handled in good faith. If you have a concern, please reach out before escalating.
